instalaciones, trabajos, obras en general que realice la Provincia por intermedio de sus
reparticiones centralizadas o descentralizadas, autónomas o autárquicas, empresas o
sociedades anónimas estatales o mixtas, por concesiones a terceros o por entidades de
bien público, cualquiera sea el origen de los fondos que se inviertan. (Según Ley 687)
